Delightful, air conditioned, modern villa with swimming pool and garden. Located in a peaceful area of the centre of Hvar town on the beautiful island of Hvar. The charm of Hvar is all within fifteen minutes walk of the villa, the port, pebble beach, shops and restaurants. The sea is 500 metres from the villa.The villa is part of a complex of four similar villas, set in units of two. Most people take an airport transfer to the villa as you only need a car for day trips. Shop and restaurant 100 metres.

The upper floor has four double bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is access to a sun terrace which can also be accessed from the outside.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with satellite television, hi-fi and Internet connection. Fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with all the modern appliances you need. Patio doors open onto a covered terrace with barbeque which is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The furnishings are comfortable and the décor reposeful and stylish, a real home from home, whilst remaining practical for holiday purposes.

A large terrace dominates the garden which also has a lawned area and plenty of greenery.

The villa itself is nice and modern and it's so pleasant to walk along the coastal path into Hvar in the evening for a meal and when you come back, its well lit and the views of the limpid sea are absolutely lovely.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, changed once a week. Final clean included as long as house left in good order (80€ charge if extra cleaning required). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 500€ payable locally by card. Occupation tax 7.00Kn/per person per day (around 1€ per day). House heating. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot and high chair available on request.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
