About this holiday rental

Very pleasant, modern, air conditioned villa with pool and garden. Within fifteen minutes walk to the pebble beach, shops and restaurants of Hvar town on the picture-postcard-pretty island of Hvar. Restaurant 100 meters and a shop with all the basics 100 metres. You can gain access to the sea for swimming just 500 metres.

The upper floor has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a terrace which can be accessed from the interior and exterior.

The ground floor has a living and dining room which is nice and spacious, equipped with a hi-fi music system, internet connection and a satellite television. Smart, open-plan kitchen which is comprehensively equipped. Patio doors open onto a covered, outdoor dining area with barbeque.

The contemporary decor and comfortable furnishing combine well with the light and airy architectural composition to offer first rate holiday accommodation.

The garden has lawned areas, pool terrace and plenty of garden furniture.

This is one of a group of four similar villas on a private complex. This villa is semi-detached with ORHV803 Cecilia.

The pathway alongside the sea which leads to the centre of Hvar is very easy and convenient to use at any time of day, in fact, it's an absolute joy to walk along and savour the views.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, changed once a week. Final clean included as long as house left in good order (80€ charge if extra cleaning required). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 500€ payable locally by card. Occupation tax 7.00Kn/per person per day (around 1€ per day). House heating. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot and high chair available on request.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
