The first floor has Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and a quadruple bedroom (4 x 90cm wide beds). Two bathrooms with toilets.

The ground floor has an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a dining room.

Overall the villa has lots of charm, the décor is neutral and the furnishings practical and comfortable.

The garden has an attractive terrace, high hedges and pool complemented by a pool house with barbeque and dining area.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas . Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
