Beautifully modernised country house set in large grounds with a private fenced pool equipped with an electric child security cover offers luxury accommodation for up to fifteen people. The villa Athen is located on the edge of a village near Entraigues Sur la Sorge and the famous wine area of Chateauneuf du Pape as well as the Luberon National Park. Shops, restaurants and tennis in Althen 800 metres. Main shops in Entraigues. Marseille airport 84km.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with home cinema, DVD player, hi-fi and internet access. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining area which opens onto a large terrace with pergola and outdoor dining area.

The second floor has a double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed which can transform into 2 singles if required). Twin bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed with 1 x 80cm wide pull out bed). Bathroom.

The first floor has a double bedroom (1 x 2m wide bed) suite with television, boudoir and a double sofa bed. Two further double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide bed in each). Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Shower room and a bathroom.

The interior is light and airy and the style of fittings and furnishings contemporary, it is all very tasteful and comfortable. This is what the locals call a Mas, and it dates back to the eighteenth century, it is absolutely charming.

The vast garden is very Provencale, with aromas such as lavender and rosemary wafting around. The large pool is fenced and gated (the fence is mainly hidden from view by bushes) and there is also a cover and an alarm. Ample, comfortable garden furniture means you can relax and enjoy your holiday in Provence. There is a boules area for those who like to indulge in the favourite French pastime.

Linen provided and final cleaning, fixed price on site of 200 euros.

Please note the presence of a small house on the side of the property. (separate and completely independent access), and two beehives at the bottom of the garden

The week from 6 to 13 august cannot be rented alone.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 500€ (or equivalent) payable in cash locally and a further 1000€ deductible from the card if required. Obligatory final clean payable locally 200€.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
