Outstanding luxury villa, built new in 2016, with big infinity pool and the best views of the bay of Cassis you could wish for. You can walk to everything from the property, including a pebble beach just 50 m and a sandy beach which is 1 km. In a peaceful spot, you won't want to leave. Ideal for large family groups and special occasions, it really has the WOW factor.

Villa accommodation on three floors, for 14/18 people, 8 bedrooms, 8 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, wifi, satellite television.

The garden level (main floor) has a huge living and dining room 80 m² with television and full length and height windows which slide open (on one side electric, the other manual) allowing you to take full advantage of the south-east exposure and the outstanding views of the charming small port of Cassis, the magnificent cliffs behind and the Mediterranean sea and access the huge patio terrace. Fully equipped kitchen (with oven, 580-litre refrigerator, 2 x dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, double oven, double Vitro-ceramic hob etc.) which is glazed on two sides so you can enjoy the views even when cooking. Access to a small patio via a few steps. Double bedroom (160 cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet, access to patio. A few steps to guest toilet and cloakroom.

The lower floor (main sleeping area) has a children's bedroom (two lots of 2 x 80 cm wide bunk beds - sleeps 4). Master double bedroom (180 cm wide bed) with en-suite bathroom with bath, a walk-in shower and access to 20 m² patio terrace. Shower room with walk in shower and toilet. Separate toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can push together to form a proper double with Velcro attachment) with en suite shower room and toilet. Another twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can push together to form a proper double with Velcro attachment) with en suite shower room and toilet. Second master double bedroom (180 cm wide bed - which can split to 2 x 90cm wide beds if required) with sea views and large en suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and access to 20 m² patio terrace which leads via steps to the pool area. Another twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can push together to form a proper double with Velcro attachment) with sea views, en suite bathroom and toilet, access to patio terrace. Laundry room with two washing machines 9kg and two dryers 9kg.

Pool level (outside access only). Superb summer kitchen, fully equipped (with oven, large vitro-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, sink etc.) with covered dining area overlooking the pool and sea. Double bedroom accessed via the summer kitchen (160 cm wide bed) and en suite shower room and toilet (this is a nice room with vaulted ceiling but it has no proper window though there is ventilation via the small window in the shower room).

The pool area has two child security gates so the pool area is safe for children, there is an electric security cover on the pool as well. There is a massive patio terrace 150 m² by the 50 m² pool (14.5 metres long) which has an overflow infinity effect with a low capture basin behind. When you are in the pool the water blends with the sea beyond, it's very nice.

Cassis centre where there are lots of charming cafés, restaurants and shops 1 km (mainly flat easy walk). Marseille 20 km. Marseille Provence airport 55 km.

There is lots to do at Cassis including wonderful walks in the famed Calanques National Park which are just 800 m from the house at the Port-Miiou creek and the cliff top walks on the other side of the bay are special too. Boat trips, sailing, fishing, jet ski, snorkelling, mountain bike, climbing and much more. Wine tours are very good and there is a gambling Casino for gamers in Cassis.
