The second floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm x 200cm bed), private terrace with view, dressing area, bathroom and toilet. It is possible to rent a small house 50 m from the big one, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It offers 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm, a shower room, toilet, kitchenette, and 2 extra beds. Extra charge of 450 euros per week.

Set in the heart of the historic country of the Knight Templars and the Hospitaliers du Larzac this is an interesting area for historians. The property has two hectares of land, a superbly appointed pool with solar heating, security alarm for children as well as a fence. There is plenty of room in the garden which has a boules area and children's play apparatus. There is covered parking for three cars.

This is a villa which offers a unique holiday in a very special property which can be shared with friends or family.

The surrounding countryside is beautiful with the Larzac plateau and the Parc Naturel des Grands Causses in the southern Aveyron, there are lots of beautiful walks in this area. The Mediterranean coast is accessible for a day out.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit €1000 payable locally and credit card details held for maximum withdrawal of 1500€ in the case of damages. Heating for the house and firewood.
