Situated in the Ardèche just five minutes walk from the river and close to the famous gorge and the rock arch over the river this attractive holiday villa with private pool is well suited to families who wish to relax and unwind as well as undertake activities such as canoeing and cycling in a beautiful natural environment. On-site there is shared use of tennis courts.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on 2 floors for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a very pleasant comfortable living and dining room with television and patio doors opening onto the covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven etc.). Two double bedrooms and a bathroom and toilet.

The upper floor has three twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and a shower room and toilet as well as a large storage area for hanging clothes. The balcony offers fantastic views of the hills and countryside.

The well laid out well-maintained garden covers 1500 m² and has a ten-metre long swimming pool with steps for easy access, ideal for older adults and young children alike. There are sun loungers for relaxing on the pool terrace and you have parking space for a number of cars.

Set on a private domain where residents also have free use of a big shared pool with paddling area, tennis courts and a 'boules' area.

Canoe hire 8 km. River beaches 5 minutes walk. Restaurant 1 km. Supermarket 2.8 km. Vallon Pont d'Arc 6 km. Do visit the amazing Pont d'Arc cavern if you get the chance. Orange 65 km. Avignon 80 km. Arles 120 km.
