Near the fabulous Ardèche gorge, this attractive villa with private pool (which can be heated) is five minutes walk from the river which is well known for spectacular scenery. Families enjoy the area greatly for its natural beauty and outdoor activities such as canoeing, walking and cycling. There is shared use of tennis courts on site.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on 2 floors for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a very comfortably furnished light high ceiling living and dining room with television and patio doors leading to the covered outside dining area overlooking the garden. Modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.). Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each both of which can push together to form a double if required) and a bathroom and toilet.

The upper floor has three twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) a shower room and toilet. The balcony has impressive views of the surrounding countryside and hills.

As well as internet there is also a very good modern hi-fi system in the house.

The grounds are a good size covering 1500 m² and there is a big twelve-metre long swimming pool with steps which is ideal for a swim. There are loungers for relaxing and plenty of car parking space for three cars.

The private domain on which the property is situated has a communal swimming pool with paddling area as well as a 'boules' area and tennis courts all of which are available for your use free of charge.

Canoe hire 8 km. River beaches 5 minutes walk. Restaurant 1 km. Supermarket 2.8 km. Vallon Pont d'Arc 6 km. Do visit the amazing Pont d'Arc cavern if you get the chance. Orange 65 km. Avignon 80 km. Arles 120 km.
