About this holiday rental

In the heart of the Ardeche nature reserve and just five minutes walk from the river this superb villa has flexible bedding arrangements which make it ideal for two families sharing. Set in a child-friendly garden with a private swimming pool on a private domain where residents have free use of the tennis courts.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on two floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a nice living and dining room with television and comfortable furnishings, it opens onto the covered patio terrace where you can dine outdoors. Open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.). Two light and airy twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each, both of which can push together to form a double if required) each with direct access to the garden via patio doors. Shower room with toilet.

The upper floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each, both of which can push together to form a double if required). Bathroom. Balcony with stunning views of the hills.

The well-tended, peaceful garden covers 1500 m² and has a nice lawn area along with a nine-metre-long swimming pool with steps which is very useful for young children and the elderly. You can laze in the sun on the loungers provided and there is a sheltered area which is ideal for working your way through a holiday novel or two. There is plenty of parking space. We have another villa next door so if you have a large group do ask if you would like the two houses.

The private domain on which the villa is situated has a number of very good communal facilities which you can use free of charge and these include a swimming pool with a paddling area for toddlers, tennis courts and a 'boules' area.

Canoe rental 8 km. Restaurant 1 km. Supermarket 3 km. Vallon Pont d'Arc 6 km. Avignon 80 km. Arles 120 km. The Pont d'Arc Cavern show cave nearby is well worth a visit for a fascinating day out. Nimes airport 103 km. Marseilles airport 158 km.
