Situated by the Ardèche gorge just 500 metres from the river, set on a private domain surrounding by the beautiful unspoilt countryside in a sun-blessed region of France with wooded hills and limestone crags, far from city life, this large villa has a private pool which can be heated on request. It also has free access to the domain's tennis court.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The ground floor has a comfortably furnished living and dining room with television and access to the covered patio terrace where you can it and eat outdoors overlooking the garden. Open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.). Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each, both of which can push together to form double beds if required) and a bathroom with toilet.

The interior has tasteful decor and is furnished in an agreeable, practical and comfortable fashion, ideal for a family holiday.

The garden is a good size and covers 1500 m², it is child-friendly with a lawn and a nine-metre-long swimming pool with steps which can be heated for a supplement. A shaded area where you can sit and read in peace and quiet is right for unwinding. There is parking space for up to three cars.

Being on the private domain is a real advantage as one has privacy yet you can choose to frequent the communal swimming pool which has a paddling area and this offers the kids an opportunity to meet and play with others, You can use the tennis courts and the 'boules' area too all free of charge.
