The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed). Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with through access to a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed) which has no other door. Separate toilet.

The ground floor has a comfortable living room with television. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed). Two shower rooms and a separate toilet.

Overall the villa is well furnished and comfortable with tasteful décor. A single put you up bed is available.

The outside terrace is south facing and ideal for breakfast in the sun. The garden has lawns, swings and is peaceful.
