About this holiday rental

Lovely stone villa set in a pleasant garden with a private swimming pool and terrace with views of the valley and mountains beyond. Located in the heart of the Luberon National Park near the village of Peypin-d'Aigues 2.5km which has basic shopping facilities, main shops are in Pertuis 14km. Restaurant 1km. Aix en Provence 40km. Marseilles airport 50km. This is a really peaceful spot. 

The upper floor has three double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each). Triple bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed and 1 x 90cm wide bed). Bathroom with toilet and two shower rooms. Two toilets. 

The ground floor has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a large living and dining room which opens to the pool terrace. Laundry room and separate toilet.

The decor is nice and neutral s, pleasant fabrics and exposed wooden beams adding character. The furnishings are a combination of modern and traditional.

The garden is attractive with mature trees offering some natural shade and the there is a very convenient covered terrace overlooking the pool (which has a diving board used at your own risk) and the valley where you can enjoy eating al fresco or simply enjoy a book and the general tranquillity.

This villa is not suitable for familly with small children.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. tourist taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 700€ (or equivalent) and additional 1300€ payable by card in case of damages. The change-over charge of €120 payable locally. Bed linen can be rented locally (60€ per holiday ) Towels are not provided
