About this holiday rental

Very well located traditional style villa with a baby grand piano and a peaceful, child-friendly, secluded garden and private swimming pool . Just five minutes easy walk to the charming village of Céreste, so typical of the Luberon National Park.

Villa accommodation covering 120 m² on two floors for 8 people, 3 bedrooms and a gallery bedroom, 3 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen (with American fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven dishwasher, coffee maker etc.) with breakfast table and access to the side patio terrace which has a stone table and chairs. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and extra refrigerator. Very nice spacious living and dining room with fireplace, television and a STECK baby grand piano which is not tuned, there are large patio windows opening to the terrace and pool area. A separate toilet which also has a door opening to the pool area.   Double bedroom (140 cm wide bed). Another double bedroom (140 cm wide bed) and en-suite shower room. Third double bedroom with television and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment. Another bathroom with over-bath shower and a separate toilet.and a room with one sofa bed for one person with access to the terrace.

The upper floor (open steps not suitable for small children) has a gallery bedroom (140 cm wide bed) overlooking the living room.

The interior of the villa is very homely and there is a log fire so it is well adapted to all seasons. For babies there a cot, potty and high chair.

The grounds are nice and flat with mature trees offering natural shade and the eight-metre-long swimming pool which is heated from May to the end of September which is sometimes of use especially in low season. There are playthings for children including swings, slide and a table tennis and plenty of garden furniture as well as a built-in barbecue. Shaded parking space for two cars. The garden is enclosed and there are electric gates for access its a perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of Provence.

In the pretty village, there is everything you need including a small supermarket, bakers, cafes and restaurants. The nearby market town of Apt 20 km is around 20 minutes drive and there is a wide range of shops and a big supermarket as well as an excellent weekly market. There are lovely walks in the area and lots to visit including the Fontaine de Vaucluse, Avignon, Roussillon, the lavender fields of Sault and the Gorge du Verdon.

Swimming pool heating on request, supplement of 110 euros per week.

The tourist tax is extra and must be paid with the balance of the rental. Tourist tax per night /adults from 18 years (may vary)

Electric car charging: 80 euros per week.
All extras, cleaning and linen hire are payable locally.
