Provence style villa near Aix en Provence with private pool. Located to the south of Aix overlooking the magnificent Sainte Victoire mountain the property is within an easy driving distance of shops and restaurants. Marseille airport 27km.

Villa accommodation on 2 floors for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, wifi.

The ground floor comprises a spacious light living and dining room with television and patio door opening onto the terrace overlooking the garden. Small open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with all you need for self-catering. Master double bedroom (1x 180 cm wide bed) with a corner bath and washbasin. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower cabin. Large toilet room with laundry area. Small shower room with toilet. Separate toilet.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom (180 cm wide bed which can separate into 2 x 90 cm wide beds if required). Double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Shower room with toilet.

The interior has plenty of character along with all the modern features and comforts you need for a relaxing holiday.

The large, peaceful grounds cover 2000 m² and are surrounded by mature pine trees which offer welcome shade around the perimeter. There are a flat child-friendly lawn and a large thirteen-metre-long swimming pool equipped with a child alarm along with plenty of garden furniture and a gas barbeque as well as a table tennis.

Two weeks stay minimum during 27th July to 17th August (varies a little each year).

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 800€ (or equivalent) payable locally and credit card details held for a maximum deduction of 700€ in the case of damages or cleaning required (if you have a euro chequebook then a cheque for 1500 € will suffice). Per week charge for electricity consumption, 20 euro + final cleaning of 100 euros is payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
