To the west of Montelimar near the magnificent natural stone archway which bridges the Ardéche this attractive holiday villa with private pool is just five minutes walk from the river. It also has free use of the tennis courts on the private domain on which it is situated.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on two floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The ground floor has a spacious light airy and comfortable living and dining room with television and easy access via patio doors to the covered patio terrace with table and chairs for eating outside in the shade. Modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.). Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each both of which can push together to form a double if required). Shower room with toilet.

The upper floor also has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each both of which can push together to form a double if required). Bathroom with toilet. From the balcony terrace, there are lovely views of the surrounding countryside and the hills.

The good-sized child-friendly grounds cover 1500 m² and there is an eight-metre long swimming pool with steps for easy access by which you can relax on the loungers provided. There are areas where you can sit and read sheltered by mature trees and overall there are peace and quiet whilst all is very well maintained.

An added bonus is the big shared swimming pool which has a paddling area for toddlers and is a sociable place for children along with the tennis courts and boules area which are nice activities for all the family, use of these is entirely free of charge for residents of the villas on the domain.
