Modern, air-conditioned villa with a good sized indoor, heated swimming pool (which is quite unique in Corsica), hot tub, lawned garden and sea views. Located in the hills above Solenzara 1.2km from the leisure port, beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
The second floor has an air conditioned twin bedroom (2 x 80cm wide beds – which can push together to form a double), air conditioned double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a shower room with toilet.
The first floor has a spacious, light and airy living and dining room with very comfortable furnishings, television (TNT), wi-fi internet and access to a covered terrace with gas barbeque, which is ideal for dining outdoors and relaxing, overlooking the sea. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. Air conditioned twin bedroom (2 x 80cm wide beds – which can push together to form a double). Air conditioned double bed (1 x 160cm wide bed) with sea views. Shower room with toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer which has access to the garage and subsequently a boules area.
The garden floor is where the indoor pool room is housed, here there is a spa for 7 people, heated pool, comfortable sitting area with television and a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and a coffee maker. Complimenting the pool there is a shower and toilet. Large patio doors open onto the lawned garden.
There are electric gates and plenty of space to park within the grounds.
Solenzara, which is the centre of the Cote des Nacres has a beautiful sandy beach and creeks whilst the hinterland has charming, authentic Corsican villages and there are beautiful drives up into the mountains and the peaks of Bavella.

Refundable cash deposit €700 payable locally plus credit card details held at UK office for the value of up to 1300 euros. Change-over and final cleaning charge payable locally 200€. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
