About this holiday rental

Air conditioned very recent holiday villa for up to seven people with fabulous views of the sea and countryside as well as a child-friendly garden and private swimming pool. The second from the end in a row of four near identical villas completed in 2015.

The charming village of Roupes 2 km has traditional tavernas, small supermarket and shops 5 km. Rethymno 18 km. Heraklion airport 70 km. Chania airport 78 km. Horse riding 10 km. Eleutherna which is an important archaeological site is 5 km and the famous Melidoni cave 16 km. Rethymno beach 7km.

The upper floor (marble staircase for access) has a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) both open onto a balcony which looks out towards the sea and they have a television. Bathroom with a big bath. Another balcony at the back of the house 25 m² allows you to enjoy the mountains, olive groves and fruit tree plantations as well as move around with the shade or the sun.

The ground floor is nice and light with a living and dining room which offers plenty of comforts and is equipped with satellite television, DVD and CD player, opens directly onto the very smart, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave...). Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with a television (as well as a good sofa bed for one person) and a shower room with walk in shower.

The interior offers 125 m² of living space and is equipped with wifi internet.

By the pool, there is a patio terrace and lawn where you can sit out and enjoy the views or relax by the pool. There are bicycles available on request which offer a very pleasant way of discovering the surrounding area which is also good for walking.

Set in a lovely countryside location there are four houses in a row, each has a good sized garden and high walls ensure adequate privacy.
