The upper floor has a large double bedroom with balcony, shower room and toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Further double bedroom set in the eaves.

The ground floor has a beautiful living and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and bathroom.

The annexe has a ground floor with double bedroom, shower room and toilet.

There are a ten-metre long pool and a good supply of garden furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors as well as a barbeque.

The villa has been restored recently and offers charming holiday accommodation in one of the most attractive areas of south-east Sicily. There are many places to visit including the baroque towns of Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica and Syracuse as well as pretty fishing villages such as Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata and Marzamemi which are reputed for their fine, golden sandy beaches. The archaeological site of Kamarina and Cava d'Ispica in the UNESCO nature park are also of interest.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity up till 280 Kwh per week. The Extra consumption fee of € 0,40 per Kwh is to be paid on the spot. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean. Garden and pool

The price does not include :

The deposit of 1000 is to be paid in cash on arrival.
Electricity consumption in excess of 280kw/h per week: 0.40 euro cents per kw/h.
Pets are allowed for a supplement of 50 euros per stay.
For arrivals after 8 p.m. and departures before 8 a.m., a supplement of 50 euros will be charged.
Tourist tax, 1.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 15 nights, to pay cash on arrival
