Beautiful country residence near Scicli, a charming baroque town in the south of Sicily, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Covering an area of approximately 250 m2, this recently restored country house has 3 levels.

The garden level has a large and beautiful living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and a utility room.

The 1st level has a small lounge with a bar, a bedroom with a large double bed and an ensuite shower room. There is a lovely terrace on this level.

The top floor comprises the last two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom.

The entire house has been restored and features comfortable rooms with contemporary decor, internet, TV in each bedroom and air conditioning.

Outside, in the approx. 5,000 m2 garden, you can enjoy the beautiful 12 x 6 m (1.5 m deep) swimming pool surrounded by lawn and garden furniture and sun loungers, the private tennis court (artificial turf), the wellness area with Turkish bath and whirlpool, and the pretty, well-kept garden with its beautiful views over the town of Scicli and the countryside decorated with olive and carob trees.

A lovely spot for a relaxing holiday, but also an ideal base for visiting the south of Sicily and other baroque towns such as Modica, Rugusa, Noto etc... and the beaches of Marina de Ragusa, Donnalucata and Sampieri.

Sandy beaches: 8 km (Donnalucata), sandy and rocky beaches: 12 km (Sampieri).

The price includes :
