Superb luxury villa with a gorgeous infinity pool, set on a hillside commanding panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding countryside. Located in the north west of Sicily near the small village of Buseto Polizzolo 5km, 20km from the nearest beach. Shops and restaurants 5km. More shops and restaurants in Valderice 11km. Tennis 13km. Riding 16km. Golf 115km. Trapini airport 30km. Palermo airport 75km.

The upper floor has a master double bedroom, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The ground floor has a lovely living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas, television, CD and DVD player as well as internet access. Dining room. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Two double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide beds in each) both with en suite shower room and toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room and toilet.  

The interior decor is stylish and tasteful with a light and airy feel combining nicely with the natural stone. Furnishings are a nice blend of modern and traditional creating a homely, refined effect.

The house opens onto a large terrace equipped with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the splendid views. Just below the villa is the pool which has an overflow effect which enhances the views.

This property is well suited to two families sharing or a group of friends holidaying together. In the region there are many places of interest including the Zingaro nature reserve and there is a good range of beaches such as Cornino, Makari and San Vitto lo Capo.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Final clean. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (up to allowance). Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Garden and pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 14.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 500€ (or equivalent) payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. House heating. Pool (open April to October) heating supplement 200€ if used. If electricity consumption passes the allocation of 300kw/h per week the extra is paid locally at 0.40€ per kw.
Tourist tax : 1.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival
