Old house in the greenest area of Umbria, not far from Tuscany.
Recently restored this ancient house has now become a superb country villa. There is a magnificent garden around the house which is very well looked after, it has a wide range of plants and trees including fruit and olive trees as well as roses and broom.
In this pretty setting, there is the main house and a garden house. The main house has around 200 m² of living space and comprises on the ground floor, a large kitchen with dining area which opens onto the garden. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds), sitting area, laundry room and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has a double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds), a large living room which opens onto the outside and a bathroom with bath.
A few metres from the main house the garden house is on two floors with around 40 m² of living space, with a living area and kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom.
Both the main and garden house are of a high quality with period furnishings.
Outside, as well as a superb garden you can enjoy the swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) with sun loungers and there are superb views of the surrounding hills.
Distances: 2 km to Montegiove (grocers, bar), 7 km Montegabbione (grocers, post office), 14 km Fabro (A1 motorway, railway station).
