In Portugal on the Algarve, situated just a few minutes drive from the sea, a beautiful villa with a heatable swimming pool and a private tennis court. In a peaceful setting around five minutes by car from Vale do Lobo.

Villa accommodation covering 250 m² on three floors for 12 people, 6 bedrooms, 6 bath/shower rooms, wifi, partial air conditioning.

The ground floor has a very large living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, patio doors lead outside to an extremely pleasant covered terrace for eating outdoors. Double bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a bathroom.

The upper floor has a master double bedroom with access to a balcony terrace and en-suite bathroom. Twin bedroom and a shower room.

The lower floor has a large games room with a shower and toilet. Double bedroom and a shower room with toilet.

The villa is nice and spacious, well furnished and there is air conditioning in the living room as well as two of the bedrooms. There is plenty in the way of distractions including a table football, ping pong table and billiards table.

The large enclosed grounds covering 2900 m² are surrounded by pine trees and vegetation, you have peace and quiet and the ten-metre long pool can be heated (on request for a supplement). The tennis is a hard court and there is a mini practice golf with five holes for those who like to dabble at golf. There is plenty of garden furniture and a barbecue.

Restaurant and supermarket 1 km. Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago golf courses 2.5 km. Beaches 3 km. Almancil 4 km. Faro airport 18 km.

The price does not include :

The deposit must be paid by credit card to Villas du Monde or by bank transfer.
- Pool heating in from September - mid June : € 675 (other seasons free of charge)
- Heating: € 250 per week
- extra cot: € 25 per week
- extra high chair: € 20 per week

The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
