Charming holiday villa with private pool and garden. Located 2 km from Charneca da Caparica where there are shops, bars and restaurants. The Aroeira golf course is 5 km and Lisbon centre 20 km. Beach 2 km.
The upper floor (accessed via spiral staircase) has a large games area with billiards table. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Bathroom.
The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining room with fireplace and cable television. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden. Two further double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Overall this villa is well equipped, comfortable with pleasant, neutral decor, all in good tasteful.
The beautiful garden has lawned areas, a good sized pool and a covered outdoor dining area. The private tennis court (hard court) enables you to play at your leisure.

Cleaning once a week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description) for holidays stays of more than one week. Final clean included. Changeover day Saturday. Arrival from 17h and departure latest 09h30.
The price does not include : Cash deposit payable locally 250€. Heating is payable locally. Pet supplement of €60 per week where allowed as stated in the property description. Extra beds supplement of €80 per bed per week, payable locally.
