Beautiful villa with private pscine located in a quiet residential area in the center of the Setúbal peninsula, not far from Lisbon, about 30 km. Close to everything, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is welcoming and classically decorated, with noble materials and pieces reminiscent of long trips abroad. 

The communal living and dining rooms are bright and overlook the garden, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The large garden is dotted with flowers, and the saltwater swimming pool is a delight for young and old alike. The house is composed as follows First floor: fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining room 1 bedroom with double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m and a sofa bed 1.40 m x 1.90 m, which can be used as an extra bed on request, 1 bathroom with shower 1st floor: 1 suite with double bed 1.80 m x 1.90 m and bathroom with bathtub, small terrace, 1 suite with pull-out bed 0.9 m x 2.00 m which can be made into a double on request; bathroom with bathtub,1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m x 1.90 m
