Superb air conditioned villa in the Douro Valley wine region, with Wi-fi internet, billiards table and a magnificent swimming pool and stunning views of the valley.

The accommodation comprises a very modern, fully equipped kitchen and a fabulous living and dining with satellite television and patio doors opening onto the terrace and offering lovely views of Douro river valley as well as allowing plenty of light into the room. The fireplace serves to distinguish the living from the dining area as well as offering cosy warmth. Next to the living area is a billiards area.

There are three double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and satellite television. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with en suite bathroom.

The grounds cover 1,800 square metres, there is an area of lawn, mature trees offering natural shade and there is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing by the pool or eating outside, you can even have a barbeque. There is parking space within the grounds.

The price includes :

The provision of the property fully prepared and equipped, provision of services including water, electricity and gas. Gardener and pool maintenance, the final clean. Bed linen and towels (bath towel and hand towel) supplied and renewed once a week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Cleaning once a week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description) for holidays stays of more than one week. Final clean included. Changeover day Saturday. Arrival from 17h and departure latest 09h30.
