About this holiday rental

Around twenty-five minutes by car south of Lisbon in Aroeira, near the sea on a private estate next to a superb golf course the villa Nero enjoys a very peaceful setting. Very modern, spacious house with large sliding patio doors offering a light and airy interior, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a private pool which can be heated.

Villa accommodation on two floors covering 250 m² for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms, wifi, partial air conditioning, cable television.

The ground floor has a big living and dining area with fireplace, television and comfortable furnishings, it opens directly onto the patio terrace overlooking the pool area. Modern, well-equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. Two more double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The lower floor has three twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and two shower rooms.

Air conditioning is available for a supplement though we don't think you will need it as being close to the sea you have a nice breeze. There is air conditioning only in the ground floor bedrooms and living room.

The attractive grounds cover 1200 m² and there is a very nice sun deck as well as a twelve-metre long swimming pool. There is the possibility to heat the pool if you wish for a supplement.

You can do your shopping on foot as there is a small shop and bar/restaurant on the estate. The main shops are around 1.5 km from the villa. Fabulous sandy beaches with restaurants and bars by the sea 2 km.
