Clear indications to find the villa.
Villa generally conforms to the images provided on the site. Some good surprises (garden size, well-preserved privacy, pleasant environment) and some bad (villa not ready at the agreed time, villa poorly maintained with many pieces of equipment defective or damaged - washing machine, water heater, windows hardly closing, Pool very dirty and many tiles loose, blackened facade coating ...).
Good responsiveness of your local correspondent.
The overall price high - even for the month of August.
The villa suffers very unfavourably from the comparison with its neighbours, most of which appear luxurious.
