About this holiday rental

Smart villa with an infinity pool and super sea views, just 1.5km from the beach. Set in a peaceful area of the Aigua Gelida residential area of Tamariu. Gerona airport 45km. Palafrugell 4km, Begur 7km and Palamos 11km.

The accommodation comprises an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each). Bunk bedroom (2 x 80 cm wide bunk beds) and a bathroom.

Well-equipped and furnished in a practical, comfortable manner. The large terrace leads to fabulous overflow pool

In an elevated setting, the pool has an overflow effect which blends into the sea beyond. The changeover day is a Friday.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
