Charming holiday rental villa in the Toscal sector of Javea on the Costa Blanca.

Villa accommodation covering 120 m² all on one level for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, the internet, air conditioning, satellite television.

The house comprises a living room with two sofas (each with seating for two), television and internet connection. Dining room with table for six along with a reading room which opens onto the garden. Well equipped kitchen (gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker etc.).

The sleeping arrangements comprise a double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Another double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Shower room with toilet.

The interior was completely refurbished in 2017 with modern, good quality items, the decor is contemporary. There is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and main living areas.

Outside the villa there is a swimming pool in the shape of a bean surrounded by a beautiful tiled terrace in ibizenca style, with deckchairs and garden furniture, parasols to enjoy the outdoors

Possibility to park a car in the property. Preferably rented fortnightly from 29/07 to 12/08 and from 132 to 26 in August.

Shops 2 km. Tennis and golf 5 km. To the north lies Denia 10 km and Valencia airport 118 km. To the south Alicante airport 87 km.

Also; you have our own staff at your service who speak English, French and Spanish, they know Javea intimately, as well as the rental home you are staying in. They can assist every day of the week, help you reserve a restaurant or hire a skippered boat or jet ski. The Internet is available on request in advance, usability depends on the location of the property.

The price includes :

The provision of fully equipped accommodation; Consumption of water, gas and electricity (except heating and air co); Maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, internet.

The price does not include :

Security deposit: 800 € deposit by bank card slip.
The following services are to be paid locally in cash.
Compulsory:
Mandatory flat-rate housekeeping: 140 Euros to be paid locally.
Compulsory 100 euros per week for air conditioning paid locally.

Optional services:
- Bed linen: beds made at your arrival - one large and one small towel per person - two tea towels. Imperative to make the request before your arrival-15 euros per person and per stay to be paid on the spot in cash.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay).

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
