Attractive contemporary villa set in the Puchol area of Javea from where it commands beautiful views of the sea and the mountains due to it's elevated position. The port beach is 2km and the main Arenal sandy beach with its wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants 4km. Tennis and golf 5km. Denia 10km. Alicante airport 87km and Valencia airport 118km.

The upper floor has a large double bedroom (150cm) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and toilet. Both of these bedrooms have access to a sun terrace where you can relax and enjoy the lovely views of the Mediterranean and the coastal hills.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining area with fireplace, which opens onto a large terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and laundry room leading out onto the terrace. Twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The large surrounding terrace can be accessed from all the rooms on this level, it is partly covered and equipped with garden furniture so you can relax or eat out whilst savouring the views out to sea.

The kidney shaped pool is on a lower level and is surrounded by a patio with sun loungers, there is also a handy outdoor shower. Parking outside, next to the property.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit €800 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 150€. Linen supplied at 15 euros per kit payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth. e during period supplement of €50 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €80 per bed per week. Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally.
Fan: 15 euros per week per fan
