The ground floor has a spacious living and dining area with fireplace, which opens onto a large terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and laundry room leading out onto the terrace. Twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The large surrounding terrace can be accessed from all the rooms on this level, it is partly covered and equipped with garden furniture so you can relax or eat out whilst savouring the views out to sea.
The kidney shaped pool is on a lower level and is surrounded by a patio with sun loungers, there is also a handy outdoor shower. Parking outside, next to the property.
