Smart, modern villa with private pool and garden commanding stunning views of the beautiful old town of Peniscola and the sea beyond. You can walk into town for shopping and eat out as well as to the beach as all these facilities are within a kilometre of the villa.

The accommodation comprises a spacious, comfortable living and dining room with sofa bed. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large patio area with superb views. Beautiful master bedroom suite (27m²) with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom and toilet. Further double bedroom (16m²), shower room and toilet. Separate shower room.

The decor is very pleasant and tasteful, the house is light and airy and altogether ideal for a super holiday by the coast.

The pool is well situated so you get the best out of the views. This is an unusually well appointed, high-quality villa which generally books early.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Bed linen provided but not towels. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit paid locally 800€. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
