Modern luxury villa for eight people with private swimming pool and fabulous views of the bay of Javea. In a peaceful setting, just 10 minutes drive from the main sandy Arenal beach which is lined with a lovely promenade and a great choice of bars, restaurants and boutique shops. wi-fi, tv sat, air conditioning in three bedrooms upstairs.

Shops 4 km. Arenal beach 4.5 km. Javea centre 7.5 km. Javea port 8 km.

The upper floor has two bedrooms have access to a modern shower room. Master suite (1 x 180 cm wide bed) with bathroom (whirlpool bath and shower). Air conditioning in these three bedrooms.

The ground floor (main level) has a spacious living and dining area with fireplace and study corner., about 100 square meters. Perfectly equipped kitchen (Vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine...). Laundry room. Encircled by a large covered terrace where you can enjoy the views and the sunshine all day long.

The pool level floor has a small sitting room with television, bar (fridge, microwave...) which opens directly onto the patio terrace. There is a double bedroom on this level with a ceiling fan, modern shower room WC.

The house offers 350 m² of living space and the upper floor bedrooms each have a small sitting area and wardrobe as well as a television whilst the corridor has a fortified door and alarm system. Indeed there is a security system for the whole villa.

The garden has beautiful open space, a ten-metre long pool, superb teak wood terrace with modern garden furniture, barbeque corner, summer kitchen and a waterfall at the rear of the house, it all lights up nicely at night. Parking on the grounds for 2-3 cars automatic gates.

This is a first-rate luxury villa with splendid views of Javea.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

The deposit of 1000 euros (non-cashable) to be left at our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash.
The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash:

- Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 250 euros to be paid on site.
- Air-conditioning: compulsory fixed price of 100 euros per week from 15/06 to 15/09 (optional for other periods)

Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay, if accepted ...

Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
