This beautiful and comfortable holiday villa for 4 people offers magnificent views of the mountains and countryside. It is perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay in Andalusia: private swimming pool, barbecue, wifi internet and air conditioning.

The house consists of a beautiful fireplace, a comfortable living-dining room with 1 sofa (tv, wifi internet) which opens onto a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.), 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds) and a bathroom.

The villa features a large garden fenced with private pool 7x5m with transats for enjoyment of quiet and view the built barbecue and a pleasant terrace with garden furniture partly covered to take its meals outside.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided (bed linen, shower and hand towels). Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (except heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 100€ cash payable locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
