Holiday villa in the Balcon del Mar (Sea balcony) area near to the Cap Negre. The main sandy beach in Javea is 7 km and the old town and port 8 km.

The access to the house is via steps which lead up to the first floor and a covered patio terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can sit and eat or enjoy a drink overlooking the pine trees. Spacious living room with television and fireplace, access to the pool area via French windows. Small, well-equipped kitchen open to the dining area, with access a patio terrace with built-in barbeque and dining garden furniture. Small shower room and toilet.

The second floor has an air conditioned double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Further double bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have access to a large sun terrace.

The third air-conditioned bedroom has independent access from the garden, it is on the ground floor and can sleep four people (1 x 140 cm wide bed and 2 x 80 cm wide bunk beds) it has an adjoining shower room.

The interior is practical and furnishings are rustic.

The 4 m x 8 m private swimming pool is set on a terrace near the living room.
