In Javea, this beautiful holiday villa with swimming pool, set in a very attractive garden.

Villa accommodation covering 150 m² all on one level for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi, partial air conditioning.

The villa has a spacious living and dining room with television and a nice fully equipped kitchen which opens to a covered patio terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet. Two more double bedrooms and a shower room and toilet.

The house has a charming combination of Spanish style and a part which has been completely modernised, so it offers both charm and modern comforts and style.

Well laid out the house is comfortable and practical, part of it has reversible air conditioning/heating.

Lovely garden with fruit trees, almond and olive trees and plenty of Mediterranean charm, very pleasant and original. There is a gas barbecue and garden furniture new in 2017. The pool is surrounded by a delightful patio terrace and there is a convenient outdoor shower. A covered terrace enables you to relax in the shade and eat outdoors during the day. The pool has solar heating.

Extra people up to 10 in total can be added for a supplement, just ask for details.

This is a beautiful property in an equally beautiful setting, nice and peaceful, for an ideal holiday.

The pool can be heated with a solar heating system, but this depends on the weather. This system will not heat the pool properly if the weather does not allow it.

Tennis club 200 metres. Restaurants and shops 1.5 km. Arenal beach 6 km. Supermarket 4 km. Javea centre 9 km. The sea at Ambolo Torre creek 2 km.

The price does not include :

The security deposit of 300 euros not to be cashed to leave at our agency: imprint credit card compulsory or cash.
The following services are to be paid on arrival and in cash:

- Cleaning: a fixed fee of 100 euros to be paid locally.
- Air conditioning or heating: 50/70 euros per week, unless otherwise stated. Pool heating included.

Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, dish towels: 12 euros per person per stay.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby cot (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), animals (50 euros per animal and per stay)

Supplements must be paid on site in cash upon arrival.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
