Located in Altea one of the most authentic villages on the Costa Blanca around five minutes drive from the beach this is a very attractive villa with private pool.
Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 3 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.
The house has a large fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.). A very pleasant comfortable living and dining room and a separate sitting room with double sofa bed. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) both with en-suite shower rooms and a separate shower room.
Both floors of the villa TALGA have air conditioning and there is a table tennis table.
The good sized enclosed grounds cover 1500 m² and there is a ten metre long shaped swimming pool with steps for easy access. By the pool, there is a nice built-in barbecue and there is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing poolside as well as eating outdoors in the shade if you prefer.
The extra special feature at this property is the rooftop sun terrace.
