About this holiday rental

Charming, small villa set in large grounds with a private pool and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Fully renovated maintaining traditional features including wooden beams and natural stone. Set in the same grounds is another similar small villa, reference CAS201, each has its own swimming pool and as they are set well apart both are peaceful and private. Located near shops in the village 1km, bar and restaurant 1.5 km. Beach 45km, Malaga 45km and Granada 116km.

The accommodation comprises a dining room with open-plan kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a bathroom.

Well equipped, basic and comfortable. The garden is nicely secluded.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 19.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit -100€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (9€ per hour), babysitting and cooking. The villa must be left as found.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
