A superbly appointed country house which dates back to 1650, fully renovated with a private swimming pool, offering spectacular views of the mountains. Located between the Coll Nargo and Valldarques.
The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). An additional bed is available for the twin room. Bathroom. Access to balcony terrace.
The first floor has a living and dining room with fireplace and satellite television. Fully equipped, open-plan kitchen (with microwave, oven, dishwasher...). Double bedroom and a bathroom.
The ground floor has a laundry room with washing machine and a room for storing wood and some bicycles which are available for residents use (at your own risk - a great way to explore the area).
The interior has plenty of traditional atmosphere with its stone walls and exposed beams.
The pretty garden covers 200 m² and has a patio with garden furniture where you can sit, eat and enjoy the marvellous views whilst basking in the peace and tranquillity. The nine-metre-long pool is good for a swim.

1 additional person possible with an extra charge of 25 euros per day.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (except Tourist tax payable locally), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets accepted on request.

Refundable deposit - ask for details. Tourist tax payable locally per person (aged 16+) per night, maximum 7 nights.

Sublime place, beautiful landscapes, the villa was consistent with the photos of the site. On the downside, the equipment is to review. For example, the cutlery, just 6 teaspoons, 6 forks ... Only 2 wine glasses, no salad spinner, tray etc. .... more, we should think to leave the first essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc... I do not think it would be a big expense for the owner but so much more comfortable for the newcomers!
