The apartment has 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds), a living-dining room (TV; double sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob) and a bathroom with shower. Covered terrace.

This residence has a beautiful communal swimming pool and garden areas.

A private garage, air conditioning and heat pump are optional extras.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Obligatory final cleaning: €59.
Deposit (credit card imprint): €300.
Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €1.75/day per adult - maximum 7 days).
