About this holiday rental

Charming, air conditioned holiday villa with pool and garden. Located in the town of Hvar on the island of Hvar around 15 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of the harbour town and the pebble beach. It is an easy 500 metres walk to the sea where you can swim. Normally holiday makers take a transfer from the Split airport as you don't need a car at the villa except for day trips for which it is easy to arrange to hire one. There is a shop with all you need just 100 metres from the villa and a restaurant the same distance followed by a second one at 300 metres.

The upper floor has four double bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is also a terrace which can be accessed from the interior or the exterior staircase.

The ground floor has a spacious, comfortable living and dining room with satellite television, hi-fi and Internet connection. Fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. Access via patio doors to the covered terrace with barbeque for outdoor dining.

The villas are of recent construction and combine modern elegance and practicality quite superbly. There are four similar villas on a small complex along with an apartment hotel.

What is particularly special here is the ease of access to the sea and the safe, well lit, traffic-free pathway alongside the sea to Hvar town. It's perfect for families with adolescent children in particular as everyone can come and go from the centre so easily.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, changed once a week. Final clean included as long as house left in good order (80€ charge if extra cleaning required). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 500€ payable locally by card. Occupation tax 7.00Kn/per person per day (around 1€ per day). House heating. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot and high chair available on request.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
