Waterfront villa in the desirable Saint James area of Dubrovnik, with garden and sea view. There is a pleasant park behind the air conditioned stone house which is just 15 minutes walk from the centre of the old town of Dubrovnik 800 metres. The nearby pebble beach is just 50 metres from the villa and overlooks the old town. There is a large sandy beach at 600 metres.
The second floor has a double bedroom, single bedroom and a bathroom.
The first floor has a double bedroom, single bedroom and a bathroom.
The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining room with a single sofa bed, satellite television, internet connection, hi-fi system and windows offering views of the sea. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen.
The villa is comfortable throughout with pleasant, neutral décor. There is a second single sofa bed available.
There are beautiful views from the villa and the garden of the sea and the island of Lokrum.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, changed once a week. Final clean included as long as house left in good order (80€ charge if extra cleaning required). Garden maintenance.
The price does not include :
Refundable deposit 300€ payable locally by card. House heating. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot and high chair available on request.
