About this holiday rental

Air conditioned beautiful, high-quality villa with garden and pool, in an elevated setting with fabulous sea views. Walk to shops, restaurants, the village centre and the sea all within ten minutes. The villa is practically on the seafront.

The upper floor has a master double bedroom with television and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. There is also a double sofa bed in this room.

The ground floor has a spacious, comfortable living and dining room with satellite television, DVD player, Hifi music system and internet connection. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room area. Fully equipped kitchen with access to a beautiful terrace with covered eating area and the pool beyond. Two twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide matching beds in each) both with en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet and each commanding beautiful sea views. Further twin bedroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Separate toilet.

This very nice seaside villa which is well furnished, elegant with tasteful decor.

The large terrace by the pool is complemented by a covered eating area with a mature palm tree and gorgeous views. There is a further patio area behind the house with comfortable garden furniture.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, changed once a week. Final clean included as long as house left in good order (80€ charge if extra cleaning required). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 500€ payable locally by card. Occupation tax 9.00Kn/per person per day (around 1,3€ per day). House heating. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot and high chair available on request.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
