About this holiday rental

Traditional style semi-detached house with a completely secluded pool area and garden which is a peaceful little paradise. Very well located within an easy walking distance of local shops and restaurants as well as the famous glass museum. You can walk up the fairly steep hill to the village centre where you will find charming cafés and excellent restaurants, it takes around fifteen minutes. The beach is around ten minutes drive.

Villa accommodation on the ground floor (the upper floor is locked and not in use) for 4 people, 1 shower room, air conditioning.

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, living and dining room with satellite television and DVD player, comfortable seating and a piano (Gilbert Paris) which is in tune, opens via French windows onto the patio terrace and pool area. A fully equipped fairly modern kitchen (with oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc.) with breakfast table, a serving hatch and small swing doors leading to the living room. Air conditioned double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) and an air conditioned twin bedroom (2 x 80 cm wide beds which can push together to make a double if required). Recently renovated shower room with toilet. Separate toilet.

The interior style is rather old fashioned and traditional but it is comfortable and the shower room and kitchen are modern.

The patio terrace and decked pool area are very nice indeed, with lush vegetation providing plenty of privacy and a covered dining area with a retractable canopy which is ideal for eating outside and relaxing. There is a gas barbeque too. The pool is 8 metres long and it has an electric retractable security cover. Beyond the pool area, there is a lawn and mature trees including a fig tree offer natural shade. Washing machine outside in self-contained laundry area.

NOTE: the very discreet and charming owner lives in the adjoining house which does not overlook the main garden and pool area in any way, just the driveway and parking area is communal.

The village of Biot is charming, renowned for its glassware it is quite an attraction. The beach is 2.5 km. Nice airport 20 km. Valbonne 10 km. Mougins golf course 11 km. The perfume city of Grasse 19 km. Cannes 17 km. Antibes 7 km.
