About this holiday rental

Very well-located villa with fenced private pool situated on the coast between Ste Maxime and Port Grimaud in a peaceful setting on a private estate just 200 metres from a beautiful private beach, golf course and tennis courts. You can walk to Port Grimaud where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and taxi boats to St Tropez without having to cross any roads. Ideal for a family holiday.

Villa accommodation covering 140 m² all on one level for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, partial air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The house entrance leads to a comfortable air-conditioned living room with fireplace and an open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, gas hob, refrigerator etc.). Open dining room which has large windows which allow plenty of light in and open to the pool area. An open doorway leads to an air-conditioned television room and access to the laundry room with a washing machine.

Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and another same size twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Shower room with toilet. Master double bedroom (160 cm wide bed) with television and en-suite shower room with twin sinks and toilet. Separate toilet.

The house has traditional décor and is very homely as well as practical. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms which as they are north facing remain relatively cool as long as you manage the shutters. From the terrace of the villa, you can just see the sea.

The enclosed grounds cover 800 m² and there is a good sized ten-metre-long swimming pool which is fenced and equipped with child security gates, so it is perfect for families with small children. A retractable canopy offers shade when required in front of the house and there is a huge beautiful Mediterranean pine tree which offers natural shade to the barbecue area where you can also sit and eat outdoors. The lush vegetation offers plenty of screening and provides seclusion in summer. There are six loungers for relaxing and garden furniture for sitting outside as well as eating. There is parking space within the limits of the garden for two medium-sized cars.

Set on a private gated estate right next to an 18-hole golf course where there are also tennis courts, table tennis and boules areas, just 200 metres walk, you have residents’ access. The house is in a peaceful area, yet you can walk easily to the communal pool which is a good meeting place for children and the underpass which leads directly to the estate's private beach and seaside restaurant (there are around 100 houses on the estate) which is around 200 metres from the villa.
