In an exceptional seafront location with direct access to the beach, between Ajaccio and the Iles Les Sanguinaires, this lovely south facing villa offers an exceptional holiday experience. Ajaccio centre for a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants 5km. There are a number of seaside restaurants within easy driving distance of the villa as well as a choice of lovely beaches.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a light and airy living and dining room with fireplace, television, DVD player and Hi-Fi, which opens directly via large patio doors onto the terrace from where you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views. Modern, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room. Further double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room.

The interior decor is refined and modern, furnishings are comfortable.

The garden has a practical outside shower and the teak garden furniture is ideal for relaxing and eating outdoors.

There are around 20 steps which lead from the garden to the beach.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally 500€ (or equivalent) payable locally in cash and card details retained for further 1000€ if required in the event of damages. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
