Beautiful villa with good sized garden and private indoor, heated swimming pool and super views of the sea and the island of Groix. Located in Doelan within walking distance of the sea 500 metres. Beach 7km. Restaurant 150 metres. Shops 4km.
The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds), bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Children’s games room. Gallery with gym equipment. Billiards table.

The ground floor has a living and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), further twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), bathroom and separate toilet. Games room with table football. Pool room with sauna and Jacuzzi.

The basement has a steam room, Jacuzzi and sauna.

Attractive décor with comfortable furnishings.

The garden has a children’s play area.

The price includes :

The price does not include :

Breaking deposit (600 euros),
Tourist tax: payable all year round from 16 years old: from 1.10 € to 2.20 € per day and per person (subject to change by the municipalities)

Change of linen during the stay: 90 € (bed linen and towels)
Pet : 30 € per pet per week
End of stay cleaning option: 170 €.
Breakfast option (delivered to the villa): 15 € per person (minimum 8 days notice)
Beach towel rental: 5 € per towel
Cleaning during your stay (on request): 30 € / hour;
In the case of a tenant driving an electric vehicle, a supplement of 100 euros per week is required, to be specified when booking
