Sizable thirties villa with secure private pool, (electrical curtain) new, which has been fully restored with taste and elegance, set in a delightful garden with mature trees. Located in a desirable area of the seaside resort of Arcachon just three minutes walk from shopping facilities and the magnificent “Ville d’hiver” park and only a quarter of hours walk from the main beach. This is an ideal villa for families with adolescents who want to go out in the evening.

The first floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Bathroom, shower room and toilet. All of the bedrooms on this floor are large.

The ground floor has a large entrance hall, living room, living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Games room with french billiards table and a guest toilet.

The garden floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a bunk bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Childs bed and a cot also available. Bathroom and toilet. Kitchenette. This floor is best for children as it is furnished and decorated in a more practical manner.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Three hours per week obligatory cleaning included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - ask for details. Linen available for hire payable locally 150€. Obligatory final clean 250€ payable locally. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and firewood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (available on request) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
