Superb holiday villa with private pool, hot tub and enclosed garden. Located just 250 metres from the beach, there are sea views from the first floor.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with wash basin. Two further double bedrooms. Bathroom and a separate toilet. Gallery with study and internet access. Some of the bedrooms have sea views.

The ground floor has a spacious living room (80m²) with access to the garden and pool room, dining area and open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer etc. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Laundry room with toilet and a further separate toilet. The pool room has 32m² pool, hot tub and large patio doors overlooking the garden.

The villa is high quality, very comfortable, comprehensively equipped and with a very appropriate décor theme of the sea. Sea views are only possible from the upper floor.

There is a good sized garden and there is parking space within the grounds.

The price includes :

Charges are included, water, electricity (based on the average consumption of the villa according to the season), heating, wifi internet connection, bed and household linen, beds made up on arrival, towels (one bath and one hand towel per person), bathrobes for adults. End of stay cleaning. Welcome by the owner.

Final cleaning included if you make it your self, if not it's 200 euros.

The price does not include :

Security deposit of €1000.

Tourist tax details: 1.10 € per adult per day, to be paid to the agency at the same time as the final balance rental payment.
