About this holiday rental

Superb, contemporary, luxury villa with a heatable infinity pool and exceptional panoramic sea views of the bays of Golfe Juan and Juan Les Pins. Located in the highly desirable area of Super Cannes, on the hillside above Cannes just five minutes drive (normally) from the beach.

Spread over three floors the accommodation comprises seven bedrooms for two people and six bath/shower rooms with toilets.

The upper floor has four twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) each with a bathroom or shower room with toilet plus a safe box.

The ground floor has a sitting room, living room with fireplace, dining room and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Guest toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room with toilet.

The garden level floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with toilet.

Large patio doors allow the maximum benefit of the magnificent views, there are marble floors throughout and the bathrooms are particularly comfortable. This is a luxurious property.

The large garden is terraced and well planted with beautiful, aromatic flowers. There is parking on the grounds for a number of cars.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Linen and towel hire available 25€ per person per week. Obligatory final clean and four hours cleaning per week payable locally 400€. Gas, water and electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
