The Domaine de Chasseur is a sizeable stone villa set in large grounds with a private swimming pool. Located just to the south of the bastide town of Pons 7km where there are comprehensive shopping and restaurant facilities. La Rochelle airport 94km. Calais 790km. Baker delivery service available. The wide sandy beaches of St George de Didonne 45km are within easy driving distance. This accommodation is ideal for two or even three families sharing.

The upper floor is divided into two parts each with a separate stairway. The kitchen end has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a shower room with toilet. The living room end has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The ground floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2  x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and separate toilet. Fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and access to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. Large living room with high ceiling and access to the garden.

The décor is light and neutral, enhanced by exposed wooden beams and some stone walls whilst complimentary fabrics and fittings complete the effect. Furnishings are mainly modern and comfortable.

The garden is lovely and flat with lots of lawns for children to play. The pool is set to the side of the house and afforded considerable privacy by the walls of the tower and garden. 

This villa is within walking distance of CMAW001 and CMAW003, ideal for a very large group.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
